These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Guangzhou Yourenyouyu Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

§ 01 Acceptance & License

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or access our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Services on devices owned or controlled by you. Under this license, you agree that you will not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services.
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

§ 02 Virtual Currency & Purchases

Our Services may include virtual currencies, virtual items, or in-app purchases. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real cash.
• All purchases of virtual goods are processed by third-party app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) and are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to control, regulate, modify, or remove any virtual goods without liability to you.

§ 03 User-Generated Content

If our Services allow you to create, upload, or share content (e.g., custom levels, profiles, or chat messages), you are solely responsible for the content you generate. You agree not to create content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive.
• Contains personal information of third parties without consent.
• Promotes illegal activities or entities.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services — including game code, graphics, user interfaces, music, sound effects, character designs, trademarks, and logos — are owned, controlled, or licensed by Guangzhou Yourenyouyu Information Technology Co., Ltd., and are protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

§ 05 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, servers, or databases.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

• Use third-party tools to manipulate leaderboards, achievements, or in-game economies.
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior toward other players.

The Services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

§ 07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guangzhou Yourenyouyu Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

§ 08 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other players, the Services, or third parties. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.

§ 09 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

§ 10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tianhe District, Guangzhou.
